In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), your personal data may be processed by BG-TEK Bilişim Güvenlik Teknolojileri Ltd.Şti., as the data controller, in connection with our business processes and for the purposes outlined below.

Our company places a high value on the privacy of personal data and, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data and to ensure an appropriate level of security.

Purposes for Processing Personal Data:
Your personal data, which you share with us, may be processed for the following purposes:

• Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of the Company and the individuals in a business relationship with the Company,
• Planning and executing the necessary activities for customizing and recommending Company products and services to individuals according to their preferences, usage habits, and needs,

Your personal data will be processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 6 and 9 of the GDPR.

Transfer of Processed Personal Data:
Your collected personal data may be shared for the following purposes:

• Planning and executing the necessary activities for customizing and recommending Company products and services to individuals according to their preferences, usage habits, and needs,
• Executing the necessary work by our business units to carry out the commercial activities conducted by the Company,
• Carrying out the necessary work by our business units to make the relevant individuals benefit from the products and services offered by the Company,
• Planning and executing the Company’s commercial and/or business strategies,
• Ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of the Company and the individuals in a business relationship with the Company.

Where necessary, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public authorities, private persons, and third parties in accordance with the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 44 and 49 of the GDPR.

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data:

• Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels and on different legal grounds to develop our products and services and to carry out our commercial activities.
• In this process, your personal data may be collected through information and request forms on our websites or in physical environments.
• The personal data collected for these legal reasons may be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice within the scope of the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 6 and 9 of the GDPR.

Rights of the Data Subject:
Under Article 15 of the GDPR, data subjects have the following rights:

• The right to obtain information on whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed,
• The right to request access to the personal data processed,
• The right to request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data,
• The right to request the erasure or restriction of processing of personal data,
• The right to object to the processing of personal data,

• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Your requests will be processed in accordance with applicable law and within 30 days at the latest.

Applications must be submitted in English. Applications should include the applicant’s name, surname, signature if in writing, Turkish ID number for citizens of Turkey, passport number for non-citizens, the subject of the request, and contact information such as address, email, or phone number. Any documentation supporting the application should also be included.

We hereby declare this as the "Data Controller" within the scope of GDPR.
